“The ESD Scheme is an additional scheme under the BUD Fund, which was set up by the Hong Kong Government on 15 July 2004 to assist local enterprises to expand into the Mainland market and enhance their competitiveness through e-commerce.
The funding ceiling is HK$1,000,000 out of the HK$7,000,000 cumulative funding ceiling of the BUD Fund.
